  • How long does shipping usually take?

We appreciate your patience as some of our products can take up to 40 days to receive - depending on you location and which of our warehouse partners is handling your order. Although, most of our products are received much earlier than that! Normally it takes 3-5 business days to process your order and 10-20 days for shipping it.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as your order is prepared and gets out, you will receive a notification email that contains your tracking number. However, if you haven't received any email from us, let us know at support@jewelry24x7.com and we will look into it ASAP and provide you with your order's tracking number.

  • Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't be worried! As a result of our warehouse partner's high delivery traffic, some of our orders have been shipped separately and your missing products are just shortly behind.
